The servo control system consists of two main devices: the Servo Drive and the Servo Motor.
The Servo Drive operates on a closed-loop principle, with an encoder attached to the motor. Feedback from the encoder is sent to the PG card, which displays the actual motor speed. In this case, the motor speed is accurately controlled.
The Servo Motor, also known as a synchronous motor, consists of two main parts: the stator and the rotor, similar to an asynchronous motor. The key difference is that the rotor is equipped with permanent magnets, providing stronger torque and more precise control. At the back of the motor, a high-resolution encoder, up to 20-bit (1,280,000p/rev), is integrated, meeting special requirements for high torque and precision.
1. Chế độ điều khiển vị trí (P mode):
Applications designed to meet high precision requirements are widely used in various machinery systems, including CNC machines, optical scanning machines, component cutting machines, labeling machines, and filling machines.
2. Speed Control Mode (S mode):
Speed-controlled servos are used in applications that require precise speed, such as CNC machines, filling machines, conveyors, and projectors.
3. Torque Control Mode (T mode):
Used in applications that require torque control, such as industrial printers, yarn winding machines, thread winding machines, and molding presses.
